In the verdict there is no clear indication of apple devices in name but it also told that the company would not be able to sell their products which had violated the patent regulation of two Motorola products related to wireless technology. This indicates that the sale of apple made iPhone and iPad will be hampered and to violate the verdict Apple has to give 250,000 ruled by the court.

This is under proceedings and they are not at all worried told by a spokes person via e-mail as reported. He also told that it will be unable to create any kind of damage of their business in Germany at present.

On Monday the Vodafone co. of Germany tagged their banners in its website detailing their products like iPhone 4Sand iPad 2 .The concerned judgment will not hamper their business as expected according to the spokesman. The Apple Inc of the U.S, the parent company is under this jurisdiction not their subsidiary of Europe, who is responsible for the shipment of their products in this state as told by the spokesman through e-mail.

Default judgment was made by the judge due to the absence of Apple's representatives in the court and now they have to appeal if the parent co. has a different opinion.
Apple did not comment on what will be the next step. Motorola will think off to provide its technology across the world through the licensing strategy of its patents by leaving its blocking policy of various products.

Apple had been charged in a series of patent relating cases across the world and most of the cases the victory is in their hands, including obtaining injunctions against the Samsung in this state and in Australia. However, in the last week Apple had failed to get the victory against a small co. of Spain for which they had to stop selling a tablet (device) based on Android.
The world famous Google wants to acquire Motorola's Mobility, and is personally involved in a case relating to Android.
