1. How to rip protected DVD ?

Warning! Customers responsible for DVD copyright protection. Do not redistribute converted/ripped DVD content.

1.1. To rip protected DVD free decryptor required. Download DVD decryptor, such as DVD43 from this website.

1.2. Install DVD decryptor.

1.3. Reboot your computer.

1.4. Use Best DVD Ripper with protected DVD.

2. I have opened DVD chapters on workspace, but 'CONVERT' button disabled (has gray color).

Select at least one chapter/source file.

3. DVD ripper can't convert video files, possible crash during ripping.

Update Windows video codec. Download and install these software:

- Quick Time, https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

- DivX, https://www.divx.com/en/software/divx-plus

4. Can't start Best DVD Ripper getting message “The program has encountered a problem and needs to close”.

1. Please uninstall the program using Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove software.

2. Please disable your Antivirus program and Firewall temporarily and redownload the program from our site.

3. Install the downloaded program. Close all other applications only for the moment of installation. Reboot the computer after the program installation.
